Jewelry had their comeback with “Back it up”. OK, seriously, when I heart that Jewelry will have a comeback, I was waiting for something, let’s say, mature/glamorous. But what is this?! Well, I like the song but this is NOT Jewelry.
Songs like “One more time” and “Vari2ty” were classics, but this song is just …..meant to be forgotten - if it’s not already forgotten.
Anyway, back to the “Back it up” music video. From my point of view, it looks kinda rushed.I find the members really awkward doing that dance + there is a part where it reminds me of Co.ed School (-_-). Actually when I heard this song for the first time, I was like “This reminds me of Hyori’s ‘U go Girl’” and then “is this Secret’s ‘Shy Boy?’”
By the way, this girl is not fit for Jewelry, maybe for the new girl groups, but not Jewelry – no no.
In conclusion, Jewelry aren’t high class ladies anymore.I like the song, the dance is cute, but still, this isn’t Jewelry.
